At Streamline Fishing, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we offer both refunds and replacements, depending on your preference and the situation.

🔄 Returns

 

 

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in unused condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

💸 Refunds

 

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

🔁 Replacements

 

 

 

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, just let us know during your return request. Once your return is approved, we’ll send out a replacement item at no additional cost (excluding return shipping).
